Course in Gdansk in November 2011

As part of the company's modular training program we held courses in Gdansk 15.-17. November. 37 participants were guided through the course packages in modules 1 and 2. The main topics were a review of the company's vision and strategy, basic training in safety, laws, regulations and administrative procedures. In addition, there were courses in quality control and use of equipment. Course participants also underwent the safety representative course.

The training was held in English, with good assistance from the Polish-speaking lecturer. At the same time, all the presentations were shown on the big screen in both Polish and Norwegian. Trilingual education - and thus a highly international profile. The evaluation showed that participants were very satisfied with the outcome, both academically and socially, and that they appreciated being able to attend the courses at home.
